Lily is a Clinical Psychologist and works Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. She is currently welcoming referrals for young people aged 11 to 25. Lily’s therapeutic approach is warm and genuine, balancing validation and behavioural change to support individuals in meeting their recovery goals.

Lily is a proponent of supporting young people discover self-agency to lead their most fulfilled and enriched life. She promotes a person-centered and value-driven approach that draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mentalization-Based approaches. Lily utilises Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Enhanced (CBT-E) when working with those affected by an eating disorder.

Lily has worked across various settings in the public mental health sector including Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS), day programs, acute response teams, and adolescent inpatient facilities. She is also a Board Approved Supervisor for Provisional Psychologists.
When she is not working at our clinic, Lily spends her time sipping on matcha lattes, catching up with friends, and stays active at pilates classes.
