Kate is a warm, empathic Health Psychologist who really enjoys helping clients to enhance their quality-of-life. Kate has a special interest in working with young adults who are living with acute or chronic health problems.

Kate recognises that meaningful change and coping looks different for everyone and values working collaboratively with clients to figure out a way forward, in a way that makes sense for them. Kate works from an individualised approach drawing largely from Cognitive-behavioural therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance-based approaches. Having a strong commitment to evidence- based practices, Kate complements her clinical work by supervising psychologists in the health field.
