Tali is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals and positive changes through a combination of evidence-based practice and feedback-informed, individually-tailored therapy as she acknowledges that no two people are the same.
She is also passionate about ongoing growth as a clinician and feedback-informed therapy so that she can achieve the best possible results and change for her clients. Tali has practiced across a variety of settings including hospitals (paediatric outpatient), university psychology clinics, university student counselling clinics, community mental health, and non-government organisations. Such experience has enabled her to work with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), avoidant-restrictive eating, assertiveness, stress, sleep disturbance, grief and loss, borderline personality disorder and trauma, in addition to assessment skill and knowledge. Tali draws from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy. She is flexible in her approach and loves to incorporate humour and creativity in her work with clients to build a positive working relationship. Above all, it is important to Tali that her clients feel heard and valued.
In her spare time, Tali enjoys reading, concerts (pre-COVID), or exploring cafes and surroundings with her partner and puppy.
