Heather considers clients the experts in their own lives and is invested in walking alongside them to understand their unique needs, strengths, and barriers on the way to a better quality of life. She aims to create a safe, collaborative space where the messiness of being human can be explored with warmth, humour, and compassion.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Heather consults primarily with adults. As an individual living with chronic conditions herself, Heather is particularly passionate about supporting others who struggle with chronic pain and ill-health. Heather is a member of the Lilley Place Assessment Service, and has a special interest in supporting the unique challenges of gifted and camouflaging/internalising subtypes of AuDHD in adults.

Heather works to provide consultative and empowering interventions drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities and enjoys being able to provide agile and transtheoretical approaches that suit her clients’ goals. Heather has completed her advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is a Full Member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).

When not in the clinic, Heather is an avid traveller and dedicated fur-mum to her English Bull Terrier, Callie May (short for Calamity Mayhem).
